This old house needed some updating and expansion with the new owners family of 5. Transplanted from Ireland, they were ready for Boulder Creek living. This project was two phased with the addition preceding the remodel so the family could live on site while undertaking both major projects. Use of modern aesthetic in a farm vernacular.
